Jessica Ball leads our team with extensive experience in residential, investment, and commercial real estate. Jessica specializes in sales, leasing, and tenant representation, serving a diverse client base—from local businesses to out-of-state investors. Throughout Central Illinois, she has successfully represented nearly every type of commercial property, including unique assets such as mixed use properties, churches and historic buildings.
Justin Ball, CCIM, PhD, brings expertise across investment properties, multifamily, office, retail, industrial, and land assets. With a strong foundation in property research, zoning, taxation, and land use, Justin equips clients with valuable insights throughout the sales and acquisition process. Justin brings experience handling challenging sales, from gas stations and cell tower easements to factories and recreational properties. As an active investor in single-family, multifamily, and commercial properties himself, he offers practical, real-world guidance to clients and helps assemble high-performing investment teams. Together, Jessica and Justin have closed or leased hundreds of properties, representing both buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants.
Michael Kolbus began his real estate career in 2019 as an analyst on the Marcus & Millichap New York Multifamily Team in Brooklyn. He quickly transitioned to brokerage, closing approximately $23 million in multifamily, mixed-use, and retail sales. In 2023, he joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Team, where he focused on mixed-use, industrial, office, and development site transactions—contributing to roughly $50 million in total sales. After five years navigating the fast-paced New York market through COVID and economic volatility, Michael returned to his hometown of Peoria, Illinois, bringing with him deep capital markets experience and a passion for helping local clients grow.
Mike O'Bryan brings 35+ plus years experience in commercial real estate which includes expertise in the public health industry, office leasing, retail and industrial tenant/buyer representation. Mike has built long term relationships with his clients and serves as a consultant for our team and clients.
