His 20 plus years experience in commercial real estate includes expertise in the private health industry, office leasing, retail and industrial tenant/buyer representation. Mike has mastered the skill of developing marketing plans designed for sellers that ensure the highest price is realized for the property.

Mike is recognized as one of the regions top real estate professionals and has received numerous awards and acknowledgements. He was awarded the Outstanding Sales Achievement by Coldwell Banker Commercial Devonshire Realty for top commissionable income and is the recipient of numerous sales and leadership awards including the Chairman Circle award and 100% awards at REMAX Commercial.

Representative clients include Methodist Medical Center of Illinois; Caterpillar, Inc; Boy Scouts of America; OSF Healthcare; and the Peoria Academy.

Mike's professional activities and affiliations include a Charter membership in the Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors, membership in the National Association of Realtors, and the Peoria Area Commercial Association of Realtors where he was the past president. His personal activities include active involvement as a volunteer in many not-for-profit organizations and he has served as a (past) board member with the Heart of Illinois Big Brothers Big Sisters Program.

Mike and his wife Patty live in Edwards, Illinois. He is an avid sportsman who enjoys training Labrador Retrievers, fishing and hunting.
