Bob Howard began his professional real estate career working for American Airlines in New York City in 1971. He has been a part of the Central Illinois real estate community since 1977 when he began his career in commercial real estate serving as CFO and Senior VP of Development for Jumer Hotels and Casinos where he worked for 14 years. Bob has over 25 years of experience behind him with prominent knowledge in office leasing and sales. He has extensive experience in all phases of real estate including municipal bond offerings, tax increment financing, urban development action grants, buyer/tenant & seller/lessor representation and property development.

Bob has earned many top production awards including the Chairman's Circle award and was recognized as the Number Four Commercial Sales Associate in the country. He is a 1969 graduate of Cornell University with a B.S. in Science and a 1971 graduate of Syracuse University School of Management with a MBA in Finance.

Bob's professional activities and affiliations include membership in the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors where he serves on the Commercial/Industrial Investment committee. His personal activities include active involvement in Rotary International and a volunteer & board member for several Peoria-area agencies including the Heart of Illinois Red Cross.

Representative clients include Cullinan Properties, Ltd; Robert Morris College; Bank One; Huber Brothers; Wal-Mart; L R Nelson; and Peoria Ear Nose and Throat.

Bob and his wife Bonnie live in East Peoria and have four grown children and five grand children. He enjoys traveling, kayaking and home restoration.
